Refund policy
Unified Bike Co. offers a Shop with Confidence Guarantee on all purchases. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns in a like new condition.
- Items must be in new condition, with all original packaging, and with all manuals and accessories included (Items returned damaged, used, or without packaging are subject to a restocking fee or a partial refund based on the market value of the returned product).
- Bicycles may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery or receiving (shipping and re-stocking fees may apply).
- Gear may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery or receiving.
- All apparel must be returned new, unworn, and unwashed, with all tags where applicable. If there are any signs of use, we may refuse the return.

All shoes must must be returned in a new condition and show no signs of installation of parts or hardware. If any of these conditions are violated, we may refuse the return.
- All closeout items are final sale.
- All refunds require original receipt. For returns without an original receipt, we may, at our discretion, issue store credit.
- We will provide a prepaid return shipping label (cost to be deducted from final refund amount)
- Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as originally used.
- Shipping and Assembly fees are non-refundable.
